Each year, Canberra celebrates its’ relationship with Nara, Japan as a sister city.
Held in Canberra Nara Peace park, candles illuminate the gardens in a magical way. Visitors are treated to delicious Japanese cuisine, art and performances. There are also demonstrations of Taiko drumming, martial arts, and calligraphy.
